Autocheck Motor Vehicle Test Centre
1. Registration as a Customer
All customers agree to provide personal and vehicle particulars (name, address, vehicle details, contact details) to make use of the Autocheck Motor Vehicle Test Centre bookings system.
2. Bookings
a. Booking Methods
Bookings can be made on-line or per telephone or at the Autocheck Bookings counter.
b. Changes and Cancellations
Booking changes or cancellations must be made 24 hours before the time.
c. Booking Limitations
Autocheck reserves the right to decline bookings when all the allocated time slots are full.
3. Documentation Required on Test Day

Registration book of the vehicle / Horsepower
4. Privacy Policy
a. Confidentiality
All information provided to Autocheck during Registration, Booking, Payment or Examination Results will be handled as confidential.
b. Privacy Commitment
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
c. Information Sharing
None of the information that you have provided will be sold or made available to anyone, with the exception of the NTA.
d. Acceptance
By using the Autocheck website, you signify your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
5. Payments
a. Payment Timing
Payments have to be made before an inspection commences.
b. Arrival Time
Customers need to arrive at the centre at least 30 minutes before the time of the booking to make payment.
c. Online Payments
On-line payments are accepted, and will be facilitated through the payment gateway of SBM, subject to the terms and conditions of the SBM payment gateway.
d. Refund Policy
No refunds will be allowed for on-line bookings or cash payments.
6. Own Risk
a. Premises Access
Customer enters the Autocheck Motor Vehicle Test Centre at his / her own risk.
b. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify Autocheck, its testers, its management, its directors and shareholders, from any claim in respect of any damage to his / her vehicle, or from any claim in relation to any injury to any person; while or as a result of his / her vehicle being examined.
c. Valuables
Autocheck cannot accept any responsibility for valuables left in the vehicle while it is being tested. Customers agree to remove their valuables from the vehicle before the test commences.
7. Vehicle Condition Obligation
Customers are reminded that in terms of Regulation 66, Sub-Part N of the Road Traffic Act, vehicles have to be presented in a "clean and good" condition.
8. Website
